Job Summary

The  Marketing & Content Designer supports Visioneering Studios and associated companies through graphic design, video production, and social media growth. This role captures and edits short and long form video including podcasts and client testimonial films, and produces production-ready media assets with strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

The position also assists with multi-page layouts, conference and campaign deliverables, environmental graphic production, and provides overflow design support across brands and departments when needed. We’re looking for a hungry, gritty creator who executes fast on feedback, iterates often, and delivers content that drives followers, engagement, and reach while strengthening the studio’s visual storytelling.

Responsibilities Include:

SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL CONTENT CREATION

• Design social media graphics, carousels, reels, and motion clips for Visioneering Studios and companies.
• Edit short-form videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and conference use.
• Repurpose project photography, renderings, and B-roll into engaging digital content.
• Assist with planning and storyboarding digital content alongside the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing.
• Capture and edit longer form content such as podcast episodes, client stories, and project features for use across digital platforms.
• Record and refine client testimonial videos in the field or remotely, from initial capture through final export.
• Help plan and maintain social media content calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns and key studio initiatives.
• Monitor basic performance metrics on social channels and recommend adjustments that strengthen engagement and reach.

GRAPHIC DESIGN & LAYOUT SUPPORT

• Assist with layout and asset creation for Basecamp Books, Concept Design Packages, and Production Books.
• Support the design and formatting of pitch decks, proposals, conference materials, and internal presentations.
• Prepare and export files in proper formats, sizes, and specifications.

PRODUCTION & ENVIRONMENTAL GRAPHICS SUPPORT

• Assist with design revisions on environmental graphic assets as directed.
• Support general production tasks such as asset prep, file cleanup, and exporting.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and technical standards.
• Provide overflow design support for Visioneering Studios and affiliated companies when project or campaign demand requires additional capacity.

BRAND & MARKETING SUPPORT

• Implement brand guidelines across all digital and print materials for Visioneering Studios and companies.
• Maintain and update asset libraries including photography, icons, templates, and render collections.
• Assist with email graphics, website visuals, and digital marketing assets.
• Support the development of visual assets for podcasts, video series, and client storytelling initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align social content, video pieces, and design assets with overall campaign strategy and brand messaging.

COLLABORATION & WORKFLOW

• Work closely with Senior Graphic Designer, taking constructive feedback and applying to revisions.
• Bring new ideas, creative thinking, and proactive suggestions to design discussions.
• Manage assigned tasks with attention to detail, consistency, and deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorm and contribute design ideas that support project goals and brand direction.
• Coordinate with project teams to plan on site content capture for conferences, client visits, and project milestones.

Qualifications:

• Fully committed to the Mission, Vision, and Values of Visioneering Studios.
• 0-2+ years experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital media.
• Ministry experience preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrates strong short-form video work, scrappy creativity, and clear visual storytelling
• Self-starter mindset, comfortable creating, editing, posting, and iterating content independently
• Team player who enjoys collaboration, values feedback, and is motivated by growth, craft, and results
• Bachelor’s Degree or a design portfolio featuring industry leading work.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Mac software.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiar with Premiere or After Effects is a plus.
• Experience creating social media content and short-form video.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to take direction, handle multiple tasks.
• Action and team oriented.
• Experience editing both short form and longer form video content for social, web, and event use.
• Familiarity with basic audio editing for spoken word content such as podcasts, interviews, and client stories.
• Comfort working across multiple brands or sub brands within a single organization while maintaining clear visual standards.
• Willingness to travel periodically for on site video and content capture as needed.
