Position Overview:

The Customer Relations Associate greets customers and vendors at the front desk, answers and transfers incoming sales, service, and general calls, provides essential information, and directs guests to the appropriate department. They are the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring that customers' needs are met promptly. This is a key position that represents Berlin City Auto Group and sets the tone for every visitor's experience.

Starting Pay: $20.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a multi-line phone system, answer calls promptly, and direct them to the correct department.
  • Welcome and assist customers, vendors, and employees in person with a professional demeanor.
  • Support dealership departments with administrative needs as required.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area that reflects the Berlin City Auto Group brand.
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments and coordinating with service department associates.
  • Contact current and former customers to confirm and schedule appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with internet customers using their preferred method of communication.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.

  • At least 18 years of age
