Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Able to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Managers Certification Flexible Schedule (Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed) Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 1 year of FOH operations and/or other management positions. Management/leadership experience is preferred. A passion for creating a Humble, Focused, and Fun team culture. A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for the coffee industry. Previous experience working in a coffee shop or quick service restaurant preferred. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and implement marketing strategies. Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system. Basic problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are needed.
