We are seeking a dynamic and visionary CTO to join our executive leadership team. This individual will drive our technological roadmap, oversee software engineering and architecture, and ensure innovation leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term technology vision and architecture for Pionexs trading bot platform.
• Drive continuous innovation in algorithmic trading, AI/ML, and blockchain integration to maintain global leadership.
• Oversee enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, and platform scalability for global systems.
• Lead and mentor world-class teams of engineers and data scientists.
• Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Represent Pionex in industry forums, technical partnerships, and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a CTO or senior technology leader in fintech, trading, or blockchain sectors.
• Expertise in algorithmic trading systems, APIs, and real-time data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, and blockchain technologies.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
