1st Shift Cherry Picker Operators Needed in Phillipsburg, NJ!

Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Phillipsburg, NJ in their search for Cherry Picker Operators.

Cherry Picker Operators Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

• Pay Rate: $19.50

• Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

• Location: Phillipsburg, NJ

Cherry Picker Operators Responsibilities:

• Pull small parcel (think online shopping!) orders according to requested quantities using RF scanner.
• Keep hand-written list of items not found in primary location and present to Inventory team.
• Maintain throughput standard of 40 orders picked/hour.
• Cross-train on use of High reach forklift.
• Maintain accurate inventory - recording stock moves using RF scanner and reporting discrepancies to team lead.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform inventory counts and follow audit standards.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and team members.

Cherry Picker Operators Requirements:

• 6+ months operating Cherry picker.
• Strong communication skills. Able to give/receive feedback & instructions well. Able to present new ideas in concise manner.
• Ability to thrive in team environment while also able to work independently.
• Forklift Certification (required).
• RFID scan gun experience (required).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong mathematical competency.
• High level of motivation and desire for growth.
• Ability to arrive to work on time and work all hours required.
