Within Groupe Roullier, our Magnesia division, a team of 900 strong, focuses on developing and delivering high-quality magnesium-based products for the agricultural, industrial, and environmental sectors. The Opportunity:

TIMAB USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemical Sales Representative to spearhead our growth within the North American market. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in developing and expanding our business footprint across the region. You won't be on this journey alone you'll have the full support of our dedicated technical, marketing, logistics, and quality teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop new business and expand our presence in the North American market.
  • Analyze market trends, including technical advancements, competitor activities, potential clients, and regulatory changes, to become a subject matter expert.
  • Strengthen and grow existing client relationships through proactive engagement and strategic networking.
  • Negotiate and close commercial contracts to provide optimal supply solutions for customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end order and delivery process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
  • Complete an onboarding program to gain a deep understanding of our products and markets.

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a technical field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Chemistry.
  • A track record of success in technical sales within the industrial, chemical, or commodities sectors is essential.
  • For candidates with a business/sales degree, a strong technical aptitude and demonstrable experience in technical sales are critical.
  • Key to your success will be a strong field presence, adaptability in a dynamic market, persuasive communication skills, tenacity in achieving goals, and a blend of technical and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills are a must.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • A willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 30-40% of the time is required.
