What We're Looking For:  Wayne Door is seeking an  Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic team. If you are a skilled craftsman with a strong work ethic, an eye for design, and a dedication to delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you! Our service spans all over northeast Ohio so you'll be traveling almost every day.

What You'll Do:  As a member of our Entry Door & Window Install Team, you will:

• Install and Replace Entry Doors: Transform homes and businesses by expertly installing and replacing entry doors that enhance aesthetics, security, and energy efficiency.
• Window Installation: Bring natural light and ventilation into spaces while maintaining the highest level of precision and craftsmanship in window installations.
• Trim and Finish Work: Apply the finishing touches that make a project truly exceptional, from intricate trim work to hardware installation.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with clients professionally, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Problem Solving: Overcome challenges with creativity and adaptability to ensure flawless installations.

What You Bring:

• Carpentry Expertise: Demonstrated experience in carpentry and entry door/window installation.
