Job Summary The position requires a General Manager to perform all‑purpose duties. Responsibilities include overall operation of the center, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The General Manager will reward, recognize, retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends, and ensure vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely and profitably in accordance with Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.
