Job Description

Genesis10 is seeking an Administrative Assistant Specialist for our mortgage services client in McLean, VA. This is a 2-month contract position.

Pay: $25-$32 per hour W2

Responsibilities:

• Managing the calendar of multiple executives in the division; includes scheduling meetings, prioritizing meeting requests, resolving scheduling conflicts in an efficient manner and securing meeting rooms.
• Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and guidelines.
• Navigating the company's internal resources to collect information, obtain services and resolve issues (e.g., technology requests) in a timely manner.
• Providing back up support to the division's other executive coordinators.
• Assisting team members with administrative tasks, as needed.

Requirements:

• 7-12 years experience.
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
