\n1st Shift: 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday
\n$18.50 per hour

\n What’s a typical day: \n

    \n\t
  • Provide reception services as first point of contact (phone and in-person).\n\t
  • Answer incoming patient and referral source calls related to new orders and ongoing patient service needs such as troubleshooting, order status and general inquiries.\n\t
  • Complete outbound calls regarding order confirmation, documentation requirements, insurance benefits, patient scheduling, order status and patient wellness calls.\n\t
  • Review incoming orders and determine action to be taken\n\t
  • Work with Sales team to complete documentation requirements for patients.\n\t
  • Collaborate with back-office qualification teams to facilitate processing of orders.\n\t
  • Help with coordination of patient Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) classes including assembly of paperwork instructions and other activities.\n\t
  • Conduct downloads of recording devices such as apnea monitors, oximeters, CPAP devices, and other respiratory equipment.\n\t
  • Perform functional tests on respiratory equipment.\n\t
  • Collect credit card/billing information.\n

  • Can multi-task.\n\t
  • Will be at work every day.\n\t
