As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a smart, driven, and super-organized Events & Administrative Intern to support our Chief Events Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. This is an ideal role for someone looking to break into the events industry while gaining real-world experience supporting high-level executives.

DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE:

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Provide day-to-day support for our CEO & CRO including calendar management, note-taking, and follow-ups
  • Manage company main phone line
  • Internal birthday and work anniversary card creation and distribution
  • Help organize files, documents, software tools, and project management systems
  • Support with outreach emails, and campaign logistics
  • Assist with tracking expenses, mileage, and reimbursements
  • LA office organization and management

CHIEF EVENTS OFFICER SUPPORT

  • Support event planning logistics: sourcing, scheduling, proposals, contracts, and run-of-shows
  • Research vendors, venues, and potential clients
  • Design options brochures, menus, itineraries, and client-facing collateral using Canva or similar tools
  • Attend on-site events to assist with setup, registration, and real-time troubleshooting
  • Help coordinate site tours and walk-throughs
  • Assist with post-event tasks including reconciliation, wrap reports, and feedback follow-up

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER SUPPORT

  • Learn how we attract Fortune 500 clients and “whale” accounts
  • Help with CRM updates, prospect research, and outreach prep
  • Help maintain and organize client databases, prospect lists, and sales materials to support to streamline sales processes.
  • Join select client calls and strategy meetings
  • Assist with vendor relationships, contracts, and preferred partner outreach

LOGISTICS:

🗓 Time Commitment: ~20 hours/week, flexible schedule

📍 Location: Remote from Los Angeles or Orange County preferred. Majority home based office + occasional event support. Ability to come into the LA office 1-2x per week preferred.

💰 Pay: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)

📈 Timeline: Internship start date ASAP with potential for future part-time or full-time opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Event Management, Marketing, or the Hospitality Industry, or currently pursuing a related Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Zoom, G Suite, Canva, Slack, and Monday.com preferred
