Job Summary:

As an Account Supervisor, you will be a key driver in the success of their client relationships. Your role is to oversee multiple client projects, identify growth opportunities, and foster new business development within their existing client base. You will collaborate with the Account Director and CEO, work on new business pitches, and participate in cross-selling initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight:

• Manage and oversee multiple client projects, ensuring they are on track and aligned with client objectives.

1. Business Development:

• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities within existing clients.
• Develop new business opportunities within our current and past clients.

1. Strategic Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the Account Director and CEO on new business pitches and cross-selling opportunities.

1. Proposal and RFP Support:

• Assist in the preparation of contract, bid, proposal, and RFP submissions to secure new business.

1. Content Creation:

• Participate in blogging and content creation for the agency blog.

1. Agency Brand Growth:

• Manage and contribute to the growth of the agency's brand.

1. Events and Networking:

• Attend industry events and network to foster client relationships and identify new opportunities.

1. Administrative Tasks:

• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure project delivery.
• Negotiate with clients and vendors on behalf of the agency.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience working for an advertising agency or related marketing field.
• Proven track record in developing and retaining client relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and teams to achieve the company's overall growth goals.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
